This is a pretty good idea of where I'm at and what I'm up to with my days and nights. I update when I feel like it, and content varies greatly. This is real life, and all the silly internet placekeepers point here.

Just spent four hours doing algebra to get the protocol recipes straight = looking to burn off this built up from sitting still energy!!
