Always late.

It might be what's killing us off (less vacation time than other first world countries, long hours, stressful environments), but as a consumer, I really miss the American work ethic. I miss stores being open when they say they will be. Clerks who actually know the answers to questions. Mamagers who at least pretend to care. Argh.
