Update

Dreamt last night that we were in Miami, and that I was trying to find a carneceria in my limited espanol. I did find one eventually, and I had chicharones con carne and crema de los alamos and I went back on the atkins so I could eat that three meals a day. It was awesome.

Then I got up to discover minor flooding in the living room and kitchen from the window where the a/c unit has almost completely fallen out. We've mentioned it to the landlord, but no action has been taken. Le sigh. Mopped it up, mostly, but it's still raining here, so we'll see how dry it stays.

Tom's NBME Shelf exams are this week, starting with biochem this morning. Send him good vibes!
