Theme of the Family's Blogs this week: nut allergies. Am adding pistachios to the list of nuts/seeds I can overdose on (which wasn't even a list at all until just now as it consisted solely of sunflower seeds). Please oh please don't let this spread to peanuts! I love peanut butter french toast!
for posterity: it's the full set of reactions: itchy palms, scalp, eyes, ears, throat, chest, back, soles of my feet...the full nine. Took 50mg diphenhydramine and 40mg famotidine at 2322. Pinkpill hangover will be worth it if the itchiness stops. Maybe a scalding hot shower is in order. |
